It has the know-how for the design and execution of curtain walling with high technological and service content. Presentation The Focchi company was founded in 1914, and has retained its original name thanks to its continuous ownership by the Focchi family. This tradition has guaranteed continuity of leadership and acknowledgement of reliability in the industry. Until the 1950s, Focchi operated in the metalworking sector, later expanding its technology to aluminium work and, in particular, to door and window frames. It was in the 1970s that the company entered the curtain walling sector, and this has remained the company’s core business ever since. Its main objective is the development of the engineering sector. The company has been enriched with young, dynamic personnel and its equipment is continually updated. The engineering workforce enables ad hoc solutions to be applied to the most diverse types of projects, requiring innovative and advanced technology. Focchi SpA depends on Focchi Ltd for the UK market, and on Focchi Singapore Ltd for the Far East. It may operate directly in all other markets.
Focchi Ltd
It is an independent office which manages and coordinates contacts with English clients and monitors the development of the UK market. It is supported by the Italian Head Office with regard to technology, design and production. Presentation Founded and registered in London in February 1995, when the parent company saw the UK market as an ideal area for expansion, thanks to the capacities developed in the design, construction and management of complex projects with a high technological & quality content. Focchi’s total commitment to the UK market has meant that, in the space of a few years, Focchi Ltd has developed its structure, with constantly expanding means and resources. Today, it has its prestigious offices at Sherlock House, 7-8 Kenrick Place, and an organizational structure composed of Italian and English staff. Besides its strictly sales & marketing role, Focchi Ltd:
- Coordinates the design development activities carried out by the parent company in Italy;
- Acts as the link between Italian designers and the Client’s contacts;
- Coordinates and matches order requiremenets with the available production capacities;
- Independently manages the entire installation of the materials produced in Italy and transported to the UK;
- Also has a warehouse/workshop in U.K. permitting maximum flexibility of supply.
Focchi Singapore PTE Ltd
To bring to the Far East markets the design capability and experience, technological innovations and quality developed in Europe in recent decades, at the same time representing a local reality with the resulting - and necessary - competitive advantages. Presentation It was founded and registered in Singapore on 21.12.98 as a starting point and initial operating base for the development of the Far East markets, identifying Singapore as the first market to be targeted. It is supported by Focchi Italia for the technology, development of technical design and innovative materials which it uses with European quality standards. The management is completely Italian, resident in Singapore. It has offices and a local organization for project management, as well as a production establishment with the most advanced machinery imported from Italy, and skilled Singaporean workers. All this enables Focchi Singapore to offer the Asian markets a high standard of technology and quality, maintaining extremely demanding competitiveness. The markets of primary interest to Focchi Singapore include Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Japan and India.
Sicof
Ventilated façades. Facing of buildings with large size ceramics. Set up to handle orders for ventilated façades from design to on site assembly. Presentation The growth in the sector of large ceramic tiles has created a new interest of Focchi for the ventilated façades. The company was acquired in 1995 to meet the various architectural requirements for the construction of ventilated façades with the application of materals such as porcelain grès or other thin materials of large proportions: 40 x 40 cm, 60 x 60 cm, 30 x 60 cm, 60 x 120 cm, 90 x 90 cm, 90 x 180 cm. It owns the patented Spider Clip system, used in both versions, concealed and visible. The company’s aim is to offer a complete service from the design to the installation of materials for medium-size and large orders.
Design Net World

This division combines Focchi’s experience in the door and windows frame sector with an original distribution concept based on collaboration with craftsmen and distributors. It operates mainly in the private home building sector.
