Cassa di Risparmio di Cesena - Area ex zuccherificio
Cesena
The old sugar refinery area of Cesena is the location for the new Carice Savings Bank. This is the eighth building project within this Urban Regeneration Area. The building is divided into 3 functional blocks externally the structural silicone glazed bays are separated by strips of facing brickwork. Two internal lightwells contained by the structure, open the space of the 3 upper floors to provide natural lighting, creating a courtyard. At the ground floor there are shopfronts and showroom areas which connect the building to the local urban area.Credits
