Office and retail development. Fully refurbished 1957 9 storey building. Russia Row elevation has been completely re-built with a new structure and is clad with structural silicone curtain walling. The original structure has been maintained on its Cheapside elevation using the existing Portland stone, inserting new opening vision units. A large internal atria draw natural light deep into the building. The impressive curved on plan façade is integrated with Jura limestone.Credits
