Three office buildings located in Sesto San Giovanni, Milan

The project, with an area of over 47,000 square meters, consists of three buildings of eight, nine and ten floors above ground of 10 thousand square meters each, with 2 floors of underground parking and green areas.

It is part of the abandoned industrial area on the site of Magneti Marelli plants, redeveloped by Nexity Italia Spa in 2007-2009, as portion of a high-tech masterplan designed with a careful attention to the environment.
