Live Project

The scope of works for the project at via del Serafico 200, Rome, involved the removal of the existing façade, and the design, supply and installation of a new external wall system, as described later.

It was anticipated that the building would remain operational during the construction works, for this reason safety issues in particular at the main entrance and at public areas externally were given top priority and the need to prevent unnecessary disruption and noise during office working hours were also of prime importance. The installation was organised in such a manner that not more than five days would lapse between the removal of the old façade from an area and its replacement with a new unitised panel.
