Union+ is a transformative co-living development situated in Manchester's St John's Enterprise City, a pivotal area in the city's regeneration. Comprising two towers, Union T1 at 32 storeys and Union T2 at 36 storeys — the project offers a total of 1,676 beds across a mix of shared apartments and studios.
Designed by Denton Corker Marshall, the towers feature a distinctive silver-grey vertical grid over a dark base, creating a striking visual identity.
Union+ embraces the growing co-living trend, offering residents more than just a place to stay: vibrant social and amenity spaces, including live-work lounges, retail areas, and bicycle parking — foster community, collaboration, and a dynamic urban lifestyle.
Our company contributed to this landmark project by supplying and installing the curtain wall systems, enhancing the buildings' aesthetic appeal and performance. The curtain wall's sleek design complements the towers' modern architecture, providing both functionality and visual coherence.
