Mission
"Opportunity, evolution and innovation”, this is the formula of the Focchi family, in the service of architecture since 1914.
Specialised in project management, from design to manufacturing and on-site installation, we design bespoke façade solutions that are unique for every building. Our artisanal soul combines craft and attention to detail, despite the industrial character of our company.
Key factors of our success
More than 100 years of craftsmanship and attention to detail, passed from generation to generation.

Our extensive experience in the technical design of complex building envelopes allowed us to become one of the current major players in the market.

A reliable and proactive company anticipating further development of existing technologies

We transform every architectural challenge into an opportunity of growth and of technological research. Every façade system is conceived to obtain an innovative, high performing product, which emphasizes the aesthetics and the beauty of the architect’s concept, even the boldest one.
The attitude we have to set ever more challenging goals and the need to find, for every project, the best balance among aesthetics, costs, performance and timing have accustomed us to high-quality and unique works that, starting from our know-how, lead to the utmost customisation of every single building envelope.

We will never repeat something previously seen, nor will we propose the same solutions in the future.

Thanks to a well-structured organization and to its R&D department constantly working in cooperation with research institutes and universities, every day it is possible to test innovative solutions enabling the systems to reach the best performance in terms of comfort and energy sustainability.

Our long-lasting ability of designing, selecting, and fostering loyalty with the best supply chain, of ensuring a strict quality control and of managing every process until installation, makes us a reliable partner for your success.

The studies and testing of major manufacturers such as Dow Corning allow the use of structural silicone as glass bonding system in curtain walls. In the USA, this technology was already in use since a few years. After a long period of research, the company patented Panorami, an innovative and performing triple glass façade, featuring a ventilated interspace with structural silicone retention of the outer pane. With this patent Focchi realizes the first structural silicone facade in Europe. Later, another 120 projects in Italy and abroad are performed with this technology.
