Stonecutter achieves the lowest as-built embodied carbon of any major new commercial development in the City of London since 2022.
Building Design has featured Stonecutter in a visual showcase, emphasizing its pioneering sustainability credentials. The 13-storey, 240,000 sq ft workplace in the Fleet Street Quarter is the first office building to meet the City of London’s ambitious target for as-built embodied carbon. Designed by Tp Bennett, the scheme was delivered by CO—RE on behalf of La Caisse (Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec) and PIMCO Prime Real Estate.
