Stonecutter Court is a landmark redevelopment in the City of London, designed by Tp Bennett, combining flexible, wellness-focused workspaces with an advanced approach to sustainability. The new 13-storey office building features virtually column-free floors, floor-to-ceiling glazing, multiple roof terraces, and a public pocket park. It meets ambitious environmental targets — including net-zero operational emissions and historically low embodied carbon — while achieving full occupancy before completion.
