A 12-to-15 foot gap between the structures showcases a stunning interplay of materials and design. Nature thrives in this space, merging industrial and organic elements.
The light and airy perimeter not only invite you in but also enhance natural light, creating an environmentally conscious atmosphere.
Crowning this architectural marvel is a new glass barrel vault, housing a penthouse office space with panoramic view of the city skyline.
